Improved Quality: Designed for individuals starting their fitness journeys or those who need a movement reset. Improved Quality addresses faulty movement patterns that may be holding you back from reaching your true potential.The goal of this class is to progress you into the Enhanced Performance class.
Enhanced Performance: Designed for fitness enthusiasts who have a basic understanding of complex movements. Enhanced Performance is geared towards increasing strength and endurance. The goal of this class is to progress you into the Group X class.
Group X: Designed for individuals driven to push themselves to the Xtreme. Group X is geared towards olympic lifting movements and metabolic conditioning styled workouts. You must have prior instructor approval before entrance into the Group X.

- The reason this quote is so important for me is because it is a clear and concise description of the mentality and direction to enable one to succeed. We have to be able to move past what we are comfortable with to realize our true potential. Comfort and routine often shackles us from moving forward to our best selves. However, we must be willing to sacrifice comfort and take the risk to realize our dreams, goals and true potential. Success is consistent growth, minute by minute, day by day. We must be willing to shed our old and comfortable ways to be able to become who we truly want to be, and are capable of being.

- The reason this quote motivates me so much is because so many people just go through the motions day after day, wishing things would change or get better. Without evaluating where you currently are, and where you want to go, we become prisoners of our own lives without ever truly reaching our full potential. This quote can apply to any aspect of life. Everybody wants to be successful in every aspect of life, but without setting goals and working towards achieving them, we tend to stay where we are.
